Description
We're looking for a highly driven full-time real estate Managing Broker to lead our top-performing team of driven professionals to new levels. You'll help train, recruit, and onboard new agents to grow our real estate brokerage and team! The ideal candidate is a current real estate broker who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of personal production, a community leader, and has a heart to help others succeed. If you're interested in a leadership position with high growth potential, apply today! There will be a base salary, of course, plus generous splits on your own personal production. If you are a fit, we can also provide you with more leads than you know what to do with! You would be needed 30-40 hours a week or so, and this is base plus commission. Base will range anywhere from $1,500 - $2,000 a month, plus leads and commission.

• Encourage others
• Close your own transactions
• Call provided leads
• Promote the team at all times, through your sphere and events
• Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents
• Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents
• Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales
• Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team
Qualifications
• Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
• Candidates must possess a Managing Broker's license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance
