Are you passionate about STEM education and ready to take on a leadership role? iCode, a premier STEM education center for kids aged 5-16, seeks an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Director to join our dynamic team. As the Assistant Director, you will be crucial in driving enrollment, managing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrollment Growth: Meet or exceed student enrollment goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Team Leadership: Hire and train competent staff, including Class Instructors and support staff.
Scheduling: Properly schedule all classes and staff, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Social Media: Updated Facebook and Instagram accounts regularly
Events and Programs: Coordinate and participate in off-campus events, establish After-School programs, and promote iCode Scholarship programs to local schools.
Operational Management: Effectively manage operating procedures, including expense control, inventory management, and payroll processing.
Database and CRM: Ensure accurate maintenance of the company’s database and CRM systems.
Campus Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary campus daily.
