Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Act as the primary support for the Policy Committee of the U.S. Council (including related Quality Assurance Checklist and good standing criteria alignment) 50%
**Support the Director of U.S. Operations in identifying each fiscal year’s expected policy revisions and coordinate with internal HFHI stakeholders to outline potential updates.
**Oversee the coordination of the monthly policy committee meetings and ad hoc task force meetings, as needed.
**Lead meeting preparation such as the development of agendas, capturing of minutes, creation of presentations or additional pre-reads, and timely distribution of all needed resources.
**Oversee and maintain upkeep on all policy and good standing related pages and supporting resources on the Knowledge Center and the Policy Committee’s SharePoint pages.
o Act as support for individuals and teams that interact with the U.S. Affiliate Accountability Framework (Operational Excellence, Compliance Solutions, Quality Assurance Checklist team, Internal Audit, Global Risk & Compliance, Legal, and others as needs arise) and support compliance mapping and alignment initiatives 30%
**Support regular meetings to discuss and identify trends relating to operational challenges faced by U.S. affiliates and compliance issues; create action plans relating to the like.
**Participate in teams that review Geographic Service Area (GSA) merger and expansion requests and name change requests.
**Participate in teams that review conditional good standing and policy exception requests. Support in documenting and tracking approvals and denials.
**Monitor good standing elements and propose good standing changes.
o Conduct data and trend analysis as it relates to affiliate compliance, including good standing criteria, U.S. policies and QA Checklist standards. 10%
- Create quarterly compliance reports with year-over-year comparisons.
- Identify network health trends and develop possible early intervention measures or resources.
- Facilitate quarterly calls with the appropriate stakeholders to review data and identified trends.
o Lead, support or coordinate other compliance-related projects or initiatives as assigned. 10%
Minimum Requirements:
**Education: Bachelor’s degree
**Years of Related Experience: 5 to 7
**Excellent communications skills.
**Detail orientation with ability to analyze, problem solve, organize, and manage multiple/ competing priorities.
**Ability to work independently with follow through and minimal direction.
**Ability to work as a member of a team and cross-functionally.
**Ability to manage escalations to resolution.
**Ability to prioritize quality and customer experience while still prioritizing efficiency.
**Proven track record of effective consultative and presentation skills.
**Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
**Solid systems knowledge in Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Salesforce, PowerBi.
**Proficient in working with databases.
Preferred:
**Strong Proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau.

For work locations in the US, the salary range for this position is between $66,000 – $99,000 per year. The target hiring range for this position is $70,125 - $78,375 per year.
The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
