Treasury Manager Americas
This position oversees all aspects of the Americas (USA, Canada and LATAM) Treasury operations and provides cash forecast analysis on Worldwide consolidated Group cash forecast used by the VP Treasurer and Group Management to understand global liquidity position and make borrowing decisions. This position also supports & promotes all Treasury Enterprise initiatives. This role shall lead or participate an all initiatives on a local or global basis as directed by the VP & Treasurer. This role will be based at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manages and leads Americas regional treasury functions including daily treasury transactions, cash management (LATAM and USA), ZBA, working capital management, debt management. Ensures proper risk mitigation and control for all treasury activities. Is the backup of the Senior Treasury Analyst for daily treasury activities.
- Supervises monthly Debt reporting including ABL reports, review monthly debt GL entries, validates all debt fees, interest & bank fees, and provides analysis and leads incorporation of new entities.
- Supervises & drives Americas multi-currency subsidiaries' liquidity positions & coordinate with APAC & EMEA appropriate cash repatriation/funding action and set up short term and long term funding through intercompany loans. Ensures compliance with local treasury regulation/law and practice around the Americas region.
- Learns and develops TMS tools to provide global monthly, weekly, and daily treasury reporting. Works with finance leaders throughout the region to continuously improve cash management processes.
- Develops and maintains Treasury department procedures, operational controls and ensures compliance with Manitowoc policy as well as SOX compliance for treasury activities in scope.
- Works closely with local finance teams to rationalize the number of bank accounts and negotiate bank fees.
- Maintains and supports Domestic and LATAM commercial banking relationships including account documentation, KYC, authority signature cards, banking systems and complete systems security and administration.
- Maintains a database with all bank accounts, all authorized signers and user list for all bank systems (TMS & web-based applications) transaction and approval limits, access & security rights. Is also responsible for providing FBAR reporting.
- Works closely with VP Treasurer on regional risk management / foreign exchange currency exposures to execute spot and forwards when required for treasury or business needs while following Group strategies & methodologies. Communicates hedging positions and coordinates FX confirmation and payment.
- Works closely with VP Treasurer to provide adequate and timely information to produce all internal and external treasury reporting. Manage covenant compliance and related required communication with bank group.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Field of Study: Accounting/Finance
- Good Communication and Leadership Skills
- Experience Requirements: 7-10 years.
- Treasury with experience in Int'l Industrial Group
- Banking network
- Management experience
- TMS Reval knowledge will be a plus
- US GAAP rules associated with revenue recognition & Foreign Exchange
