ROLE SUMMARY:
The Trade Execution Manager will be responsible for managing operations while providing detailed analysis and communications for a variety of programs including Mamba Club, C4, EDGE, BEEs and others. The Trade Execution Manager will be the critical role in providing analysis and execution results to the Dir, Trade Execution & Sales Ops who will lead overall strategy, results and communications for the Trade Execution and Sales Operations programs for Beyond Beer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage operations to ensure programs are best set up to drive industry leading Beyond Beer execution and results
- Create digital strategy behind BEES to drive adoption using the Beyond Beer BDRs
- Provide ad hoc analysis to identify and close gaps in program results and execution
- Develop target methodology for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track program success
- Visit program markets to evaluate and recap execution
- Provide clear, detailed communication on program results and opportunities at a regular cadence
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all relevant programs to provide direction to field teams
- Collaborate with the Dir, Trade Execution & Sales Ops to review program performance, gap plans and ways to improve Beyond Beer performance behind our key Trade Execution programs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
- Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly category management and information-based selling)
- Wherever possible, knowledge of Wine & Spirits industry
- Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, internet)
- High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
- Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
- Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries
- Knowledge of A-B sales and marketing applications (mobility, Siebel, abmarketing.com)
- Understanding of A-B wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement
- Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
