Form of workFCCI is seeking a Manager, Total Rewardsto be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the group benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, HSA, 401k retirement plan, etc.) to include maintaining plan compliance and communication with teammates and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, coaching and developing team (compensation specialist, sr. payroll analyst and sr. benefit assistant).
- Completes benefit administration and processing
- Oversees or handles enrollments, COBRA, terminations, beneficiary changes, disability plan, LOA/FMLA/ADA process administration
- Serves as primary contact for teammates, benefit brokers, plan vendors
- Documents and maintains administrative procedures for benefit processes
- Makes recommendations to senior leadership on annual renewals and benefit plan selections
This role is located in Sarasota, Florida at our corporate office.
