2. Manages a team of TPMO specialist located in different regions, including coaching, providing regular performance feedback to employees and responsible for performance evaluation reviews.
3. Responsible for prioritizing and overseeing day-to-day team’s activities across regions and training staff on requirements and changes to the TPM program and related templates.
4. Oversees Third Party activities globally and perform follow up with assigned region vendor managers to ensure compliance with the TPM program.
5. Consults and facilitates meetings with assigned region BU (Business Unit) vendor managers to leverage Northern’s scale and achieve negotiated value from Third Party contract.
6. Resolves global/regional escalated issues and monitors timely resolution of issues by BU vendor managers.
7. Manages TPMO program activities and supports internal groups on remediating issues and risks.
8. Uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
9. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
10. Organizes TPMO reporting and tracking of KPIs/SLAs.
11. Maintains a close working relationship with BU and third parties to help reduce risk and drive performance management discussions to ensure that any issues are surfaced and can be mitigated before they become a problem.
12. Ensures continuous collaboration with BU and Third Party vendors to assess any ongoing risks to NT operations and/or supply/ system outages and make alternative plans in a timely fashion if required.
13. Ensures adherence with internal standards and external regulations to mitigate risk.
14. Develops escalation processes for dispute resolution and incident reporting for third parties.
15. Participates in teams to develop and execute strategies that increase savings, efficiency and where opportunities to gain productivity.
16. Stays informed and identifies trends in the vendor management/ risk oversight space.

Experience :• Prior experience managing teams.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Risk and/or another appropriate academic major is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with vendors/clients in other large financial institutions in a Risk/ Vendor Management practice.
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant/ Manager with a public accounting firm, or business/industry experience to meet special needs of vendor manager/ 3rd party oversight.
