Johnson & Johnson is seeking for an experienced Manager, Technical Product OwnerA2R / Test, supporting product management within the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) organization by providing thought leadership and technical domain expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and related technologies. The role will transition to Technical Product Owner Account to Report for SAP Central Finance / S/4Hana after go-live.
This role will be in New Brunswick, NJ or Beerse- Antwerp, Belgium, and is eligible for participation in J&J’s Hybrid Flex Work program; a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote. This is a duration-based role with a target end date of December 31, 2027.
In this role, you will own setting the strategic direction for finance technology products focused on testing and cutover during the initial phase. In the later phase, you will work at the intersection of business & technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization & ongoing product management. In this role, you will own setting the strategic direction for finance technology products focused on architecting SAP Central Finance / S/4 HANA as the function embarks on an ambitious transformational agenda.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute test and cutover plan plans for SAP Finance S/4, Data Hub and Reporting implementation projects.
· Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing and cutover phases.
· Manage the identification and resolution of issues during testing and cutover.
· Develop and maintain testing schedules, including test cases and scripts.
· Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
· Be a champion for quality assurance and develop set of processes that can be reused for multiple SAP deployments.
· Provide leadership and guidance to testing and cutover team members.
· Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress and issues.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
· Experience in translating business problems faced by finance function into value case & comprehensive set of solutions.
· Managing stakeholders Internal and external, nurturing partnerships and ensure the product is delivered on time within budget.
· Own the finance A2R roadmap, understand latest product trends and provide thought leadership to complex business problems.
· Hands-on SAP finance / Reporting experience is preferred.

- FICO S/4 HANA
- SAP Central Finance
- SAP Reporting
- Data strategy, governance, technology, and process definition
- Close optimization & continuous accounting
- Strong data migration testing and Cutover experience
Qualifications
• 5+ years required of relevant experience in managing technical and / or finance teams; strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; effective manager of people and strong team-building skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Technical expertise in the following is required: FICO, S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, SAP Reporting, Testing, Cutover, Data Strategy and Finance Business processes.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking tools such as JIRA/X-Ray.
• Proficiency in tools such as, MS Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate while navigating diverse perspectives.
• Experience working with off-shore and on-shore development teams and fostering collaboration across time zones and regions.
• Financial accounting knowledge is essential.
• 20 – 30% business travel expected

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200. The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
