As the Talent Operations Manager, you will work proactively with the Talent team, other HR COEs, and our cross-functional partners to create, implement, and streamline processes that enable our employees to continuously develop and enhance their skills. We are looking for a manager who will approach this role with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and enthusiasm to design and deliver solutions to positively impact our talent processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational efficiency across the talent team
- Build dashboards and leverage talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs
- Generate and present regular reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights to drive decision making
- Plan and implement scalable solutions to drive process improvement and standardization
- Support a refresh of our talent messaging, branding, and communications
- Manage relationships with talent vendors
- Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR, and business leaders to assess the effectiveness of talent tools, systems, and processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on talent management, talent development, and/or HR operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong understanding of current HR trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in HR Tech and talent management systems, with Workday experience preferred
