As Motorola Solutions accelerates innovation through Supply Chain & Operations, the finance organization has a unique opportunity supporting these business unitsJob DescriptionThis position is critical in supporting the Supply Chain & Operations organization as we continue to transform our manufacturing and supplier networks. This is an ideal opportunity to develop and establish new processes to effectively partner with the business team and drive results.In this role, you will be the lead finance business partner supporting the manufacturing and business planning teams across Motorola Solutions, including Land Mobile Radio, Mobile Video and Fixed Video & Access Control product technologies. You will lead a team responsible for:Driving and projecting manufacturing and distribution site financial performance, including labor, logistics and quality cost performanceFinancial partner to business & demand planning, materials, and site operationsDeveloping and operationalizing financial dashboards and key performance reporting metrics using accurate and quality data.Serve as finance leader on supplier and manufacturing strategy and operationsDecompose key business/financial drivers to create operating leverageLead and measure financial impacts of cloud and subscription transformationsFinancial analysis and due diligence of inorganic opportunities.Partnership with key stakeholders to influence the strategic direction of the businessPlay a proactive role in implementing new procedures to improve efficiency, automation, and integrationStrong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processesExercises good judgment, flexible and comfortable working under time constraints and with multiple operating constituentsPreferred Skills:Prior experience in manufacturing or Supply ChainExperience in managing multi-site teams and or operationsBasic RequirementsBachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in leading Finance teams Vaccine RequirementMotorola Solutions has implemented a voluntary COVID-19 vaccination policy.
