Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Manager, SAP Global Serialization Delivery to manage system support and project deliver services. Ensure that services are provided on time, on budget, and in a quality and compliant manner. Direct project delivery for serialization and other applications, and lead release management, change control, and application validation. Prioritize and schedule fix and enhancement change requests and projects. Ensure effective communications across areas and business partners. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with system solution design and enhancement. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience gathering and documenting user requirements; 5 years of experience reviewing business blueprint documents, functional specifications, test scenarios, and test scripts; 5 years of experience with resolving production support incidents and providing root cause analysis for incidents and tickets; 5 years of experience with SAP serialization data and tools used to manipulate, manage, and load serialization data; 5 years of experience with development, configuration, and support in supply chain management modules and functionalities; and 5 years of experience with APICS CFPIM, APICS CPIM, and CSCP. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI
