We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV Resort. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in managing sales and customer service, coordinating staff, overseeing office operations, handling resort and office supplies and ensuring efficient revenue management. - Conduct sales and advertising initiatives to enhance resort visibility and boost occupancy rates.
- Address cancellations and fulfill special guest requests promptly to ensure a superior level of customer service.
- Streamline the arrival and departure process for guests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Supervise daily office operations, including monitoring open balances and managing cash transactions.
- Generate daily revenue reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare end-of-day reports to track financial performance.
- Develop work schedules for work campers and other staff members to ensure adequate coverage.
- Manage invoice payments, organize invoices and documentation, process deposits, and maintain bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Approval Max.
- Oversee maintenance and repair tasks, encompassing landscaping, pool upkeep, irrigation system maintenance, WIFI and network management, and laundry facilities.
- Plan and execute engaging activities and events for guests.
- Manage activity funds efficiently to support a diverse range of offerings.
- Maintain and optimize the use of Apple products, Microsoft Office software, Firefly Reservation Management Software, and cloud-based solutions like Dropbox.
