The Team You'll Join
You will be joining a unique Rebate team where we take a tech-enabled and data-centric approach to rebates. We are a multi-disciplined team focused on delivering an industry leading complete pharmaceutical rebate solution. The work we do enables Xevant to provide value to customers and implement internal process improvements for greater scalability and optimizing rebate efficiency. You will be a leader of peers and collaborate across departments to tackle the most important challenges, in an incredibly fast paced environment.
The Impact You'll Make
- Manage the Rebate Operations internally and externally (vendors, manufacturers and clients)
- Guide rebate aggregation implementation and related data flow
- Operationalize contract terms from vendors and direct rebate partners
- Reconcile payments and claim level reports to different clients from a multitude of sources
- Enhance product by providing industry insights and vendor requirements
- Design & deliver actionable reporting tools
Your Background, Perspective, and Experience
- 5+ years Rebate Operations experience in a PBM or Health Plan environment. (Pharmacy or Medical claims)
- Expertise in processes used to create rebate submissions, claim aggregation, implementation of data feeds, operationalizing con tra ctual terms, creating invoicing reports, and reconciling rebate payments.
- Understanding of formulary structures and its relation to rebate con tra cts.
- Ability to use statistical software and techniques for the organization, analysis, and interpretation of claims data.
- Strong experience with relational databases and their languages ( ie , SQL Server).
- Demons tra ble experience tra nslating data into clear and meaningful reports (ad-hoc & standardized)
- Experience providing insights and trend reporting within monthly or quarterly rebate submissions.
- Ability to manage and nurture relationships with cross functional teams, vendors, clients, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
