Overview:
The Manager - Provider Onboarding manages all processes and procedures related to the successful onboarding of new co-workers to Mercy. An integral member of the Credentialing and Onboarding leadership team. Managers anticipate and respond to the needs of recruiters, leaders, co-workers, and onboarding partners across the Ministry. They manage relationships, work with teams, and provide training and performance improvement plans to ensure the experience offered by Mercy Onboarding is best in class. Serving as a subject matter expert for the Ministry regarding compliance, pre-employment background checks/health screenings, identity verification, and document retention standards, they focus on continued process improvement and standardization in all facets of Provider Onboarding.
Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree Human Resources, Management, or related field is required.
• Experience: 5+ years HR/field related to Provider Onboarding experience and demonstrated lead/leadership/supervisory experience required
• Other:
  - Expert level knowledge of federal regulations regarding employment/onboarding
  - Advanced computer knowledge and skills
  - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  - Effective leadership, development, and conflict management skills
  - Strong customer service orientation
  - Ability to work collaboratively with others, preserve confidential information, and project a professional image to co-workers and leaders
