MANAGER, CLIENT ACCESS
Independence, Missouri (Kansas City area)
Job overview:
Insures professional and technical operation of the Client Access team. All policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the overall management of the team in accordance with BBH initiatives: Physician satisfaction; Co-Worker Satisfaction; Client Satisfaction; Quality; and Business Performance
What you'll get to do:
  • Provide direct oversight and support of the following areas in relation to the overall success of the Client Access teams.
  • Provide Team Oversight and Staff Development
  • Review the accuracy of the Client Access Supervisors timecards and time off requests
  • Responsible to meet with Supervisors to discuss issues, identify areas of opportunity in workflow, processes and personnel
  • Training and Supervisor development
  • Department initial and continuing Client Access Representative (CAR) education and training
  • Provide feedback on yearly performance to direct reports
  • Set obtainable team and supervisor goals and expectations
  • Participate in yearly evaluation by setting actionable and obtainable goals
  • Provide evaluation and feedback on manager specific growth and development of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Collaborate with Assistant Director of Client Access on new process development
  • Continued process review with all levels of Client Access management
  • Collaboration in discussions and meetings
  • Represent Client Access in a professional, collaborative and relevant manner to support innovation by bringing forward thinking and cost effective solutions
  • Represent BBH/CMHS in a professional, collaborative and relevant manner to support innovation by bringing forward thinking and cost effective solutions
  • Develop, implement and manage reports and audits related to client overall experience and accuracy
  • Conduct onsite visit/observation biweekly or as needed.
  • Ensure Supervisors are conducting weekly onsite visits or as needed.
  • Provide documented feedback and communication with regards to staff development and coaching opportunities,

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 2 years previous management experience
  • Preferred previous customer service experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with computers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent typing skills
