JOB OVERVIEW
Direct/Manage/Supervise project/program managers and coordinators responsible for delivery of internal non-technical projects and programs. Provide accountability and oversight for plans and teamwork assignments. Perform comprehensive project evaluation, planning, and logistics analysis. Develop timelines and prepare budgets. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality expectations and are completed on time and within budget. Prepare reports to track project effectiveness. Consult cross-functionally to plan for future projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Report on a weekly/monthly basis regarding revenue, backlog and all other required data
- Understand the implementation and training requirements for each new contract from inception to completion.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure appropriate team members are assigned to each project
- Provide oversight on projects to enable Project Managers to maintain accurate implementation timelines
- Facilitate weekly team review of project progress and revenue forecast for each project
- Uphold the department’s Project Management standards and work to further enhance them
- Develop standard operating procedures focused on excellence in Project Management practices
- Work with all CX leadership to foster an environment that supports Net Health’s values
- Provide guidance and insight on Project Management techniques and methodologies to direct reports
- Strategic level interaction with product management to ensure client needs are addressed
- Serve as a mentor and career development resource for direct reports
- Conduct feedback reviews and regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Pragmatic Marketing Launch; PMP Preferred
REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
- Microsoft Office; Smartsheet; Jira
