**ROLE SUMMARY** The Human Resources Manager will work in close partnership with the Site HR Leaders, the Business, Global HR-Leads, Enterprise HR (Talent, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion and Total Rewards) to ensure programs and processes delivered are aligned with Business strategies and HR priorities. This includes supporting new programs aligned with the business and HR strategies in a manner effective for the business. They will advise and coach leaders, providing guidance on HR related matters associated with site Colleagues and HR processes (e.g., talent management, performance management, compensation cycle).

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Responsible for supporting implementation of new and core HR programs at the site, including advising, supporting and coaching people managers on HR core programs, processes and policies. + Work in close partnership with local Site HR Lead, Divisional HR Leads, TCD&I, Talent Acquisition, Global Compensation, HR Operations, Employee Relations COE, and the Employment Law Group to ensure HR processes and programs are implemented in a consistent manner across the site. + Proactively support site leaders with organizational change initiatives, ensuring programs and processes delivered are aligned with business strategies and HR priorities + Provide appropriate support, coaching and guidance to people leaders in managing Employee Relations matters in line with processes related to conduct and performance management.

+ Support and lead local or cross-site projects. + Provide strategic leadership and guidance to client groups **QUALIFICATIONS** + BA/BS in Human Resources or related field such as management and/or business administration required. Master's Degree desired.

+ Minimum 5 years of Human Resource experience with demonstrated increase in responsibility. + Experience in supporting and coaching managers is required. + Demonstrated ability to interpret business requirements and translate them to HR plans and deliverables + Demonstrated business knowledge and acumen, with a strong desire to further understand the business and keep learning + Demonstrated facilitation, consultative and coaching skills + Solid expertise in HR technical proficiencies and core HR competencies with experience in coaching and driving process improvements + Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix team environment + Demonstrated ability to assess and work through employee relations and/or performance-related matters, providing managers appropriate coaching in resolving the issue.

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond back in a timely manner + Must possess project management, problem-solving and facilitation skills. Any type of continuous improvement experiences a plus + A strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information + Ability to challenge manager's perspective when it is in the best interest of Pfizer + Ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality + Ability to provide conflict resolution + Ability to analyze information and provide guidance and solutions + Ability to operate in a highly fluid, complex environment that requires adaptability and decisiveness + Ability to work in a self-directed environment, with minimal instruction needed, assuming increased levels of responsibility and taking accountability for decisions and outcomes + HR Certification (PHR) a plus + Some weekend work (calls) as required + Limited travel (1-2 times per year) Relocation support available Last Day to Apply: October 7th, 2020 **Sunshine Act** Pfizer reports payments and other transfers of value to health care providers as required by federal and state transparency laws and implementing regulations.
