Job Purpose and Impact
The Manager, People Analytics Product Delivery is responsible for driving data transformation across Human Resources job family and delivering HR data and Analytics Product capabilities through agile practices, process automation and continual enhancements. This position will collaborate with the IT organization to develop and enhance a robust and scalable data model within the Cargill Data Platform (CDP). The manager is a key position within the team, providing leadership and driving execution delivery of both technical and non-technical initiatives, and is a great collaborator ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged.
The Manager, People Analytics Product Delivery will own the strategy of delivering standard data products that produce cohesive business value, connect, and integrate data from various sources, and provide a collective view into the People Analytics landscape. The strategy should be aligned with the People Analytics project portfolio and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
The position leads a team of data scientists, data engineers, and data visualization specialists responsible for translating abstract business asks to analytics tools. The team will drive the governance, design, and delivery of automated and scalable analytics solutions to meet stakeholder needs. The position will also have responsibility for the Cargill People Analytics portfolio. Key Accountabilities
Define, document, and deploy data standards in the assigned domain and build alignment of core HR data domains across the organization.
Create and document standards for movement of data into the Cargill Data Platform (CDP) ensuring that Data Governance rules are followed, and that metrics are well defined and delivered from the platform.
Manage a team of delivery specialists and data engineers, developing and upskilling talent to meet business objectives and strategy.
Provide data domain expertise for project delivery and ensure proper governance, delivery shaping and execution across programs and projects.
Support business case development and track alignment of the financials (cost & benefits) against the business case and delivery outcomes
Develop and foster relationships with our internal data teams and third-party providers to ensure delivery of high-quality data within our data solutions and system deployments.
Collaborate with IT to explore new tools, technology, and analysis methods for projects, analysis, or products.
Enhance transparency of the reusable data products and enable the use of appropriate people data by functional data teams.
Own and manage the People Analytics project portfolio, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively, and a prioritization process aligned to the HR strategic plan is followed for new initiatives.
Translate HR product priorities into analytical solutions that can help address those business-critical questions.
Mitigate risks and issues by identifying and resolving project sequencing and prioritization conflicts.
Monitor delivery measures to ensure alignment with strategic data goals and key performance indicators and identify data automation capabilities.
You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate with subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or other post-secondary degree
Three years of supervisory experience
Experience working in an analytics delivery capacity, such as data engineering, dashboard development, or as a data scientist Additional Position Information
The preferred location of this position is Wayzata, MN. A remote opportunity may be considered in the US. Location subject to compliance check and approval.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
