The Clinical Manager is responsible for applying sound management principles to the Mobile Crisis Response Team and services to ensure that quality services are provided to individuals with a mental illness. The manager is concerned with the basic administrative process of planning, staffing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting. The incumbent operates independently within the budgetary limitations, DHS requirements and the broad framework outlined by the Director for OP Behavior Health. The Clinical Manager manages the activities and services that the MCR team provides in the community. Consistently engages in activities to promote patient satisfaction, safety, advocacy and delivery of the optimum level of service.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- MASTER’S DEGREE IN CLINICAL FIELD(SOCIAL WORK, COUNSELING, PSYCHOLOGY)
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
- MINIMUM OF 2 -5 YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN
COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SETTING
- EXPERIENCE IN THE SUPERVISION OF CLINICIANS AND MANAGEMENT STAFF
- EXPERIENCE IN OVERALL DIRECTION OF PROFESSIONAL STAFF
- EXPEREINCE WORKING IN AN OUTPATIENT, AND/OR PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM
- MUST HAVE DRIVER’S LICENSE AND CAR
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
- LICENSED AS AN LCPC, LCSW OR OBTAIN A CLINICAL LICENSE WITHIN 6–9 MONTHS

Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8am to 4:30pm with on call availability
