Responsible for the daily operations and administrative oversight of outpatient Mental Health programs in the Quad Cities and Muscatine regions. Leads a team of social workers, counselors, and Mental Health professionals delivering care to outpatient clinics, partial hospital program, intensive outpatient services, and other community-based programs serving the lifespan. Responsible for achieving strategic goals related to clinical excellence, safety and quality, patient experience, team member experience, and financial outcomes within their designated programs.

Responsibilities
Clinic Operations
- Lead effective strategies that support ease of access to care for the population of focus
- Enhance clinical best practices and implement care innovations into programming
- Participate in quality assurance activity and support quality improvement projects for identified departments
- Active in budget management for all programs of responsibility and achieve/exceed revenue benchmarks
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address variances through process improvement
- Address unusual occurrences and safety risks when identified in alignment with Just Culture
Team Member Development
- Foster team member growth and development through active mentorship and support
- Participate in recruitment strategies to grow a successful team and expand access to services
- Deliver timely and effective coaching to team members
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
- Participate in state and federally agency meetings (HFS, DMH, SAMSHA, CARF)
- Enhance regional and enterprise partnerships to grow care footprint
- Work across the healthcare continuum to improve quality outcomes for patients served
Clinical Supervision:
- Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health therapists seeking licensure independent licensure
- Maintain documentation of Clinical supervision
- Complete attestation documents per a provisionally licensed therapist licensure board
- Be knowledgeable of the state licensure rules and regulations for all Mental Health therapists. (i.e. social workers, Mental Health counselors, and marriage and family therapists)
Qualifications
Education:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
Experience:
- 3 years leadership experience within behavioral health
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Current independent licensure in both Illinois and Iowa
- Illinois: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT
- Iowa: LISW, LMHC, LMFT
- Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state, as required for position. Must obtain license in secondary state within 6 months as required for position.

- Demonstrates an ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to a range of situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities/deadlines
