Due to the collaborative nature of the role, there is a strong desire to have the selected candidate located in Uniontown, OH. This location offers a hybrid work environment that supports in-person collaboration through onsite Team Days but allows team members flexibility to primarily work from home the rest of the time. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Job Summary:
The Org Effectiveness Manager will develop, lead, and execute strategic initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency across the organization. This position provides oversight and guidance for the management, development, implementation, assessment and communication of talent development programs and workforce analytics strategy. The role is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing organizational design strategies to align with the overall business objectives. The OE Manager is accountable to ensuring the success of talent management, HR analytics, and organizational design initiatives.

Your Day:
Lead, develop, and manage organizational design initiatives from executive vision through implementation to align with the business objectives and strategic goals. Support ongoing business requests to evaluate existing org structures and responsibility assignment, including job analyses, time studies, job description reviews & updates, and structure/staffing recommendations.
Manage and oversee HR data analytics, including staffing & talent acquisition models, succession planning, and HR dashboards & metrics.
Manage and oversee leadership and talent development programs to ensure alignment with talent management and succession planning, retain top talent, and build the talent bench strength at all levels of the organization, from interns to executives.
Develop, lead or support, and implement organizational and HR specific strategic objectives.
Lead and/or contribute to company and enterprise projects as appropriate. Represent FedEx Custom Critical on cross-opco learning & development teams.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to direct reports.
Ensure adherence to department budget, address variances and other budget concerns.
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree: Required; Business, Psychology, Org Development or closely related discipline
Master's Degree: Required; Business, Psychology, Org Development or closely related discipline; 10 years relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
8-10 years: Required; Talent/Leadership Development, Program Design, Data Analytics experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
Extensive knowledge on data analytics and data manipulation
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Proven ability to influence all levels of the organization
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
Communicate and comprehend effectively in written and verbal formats
Manage multiple conflicting priorities
