We are now hiring for Manager on Duty at The Hub for our Summer 2024 Season.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: As Manager on Duty, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of The Hub. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide onsite supervision of Hub staff.
- Monitor operations of concessions, spray ground, and batting cages.
- Ensure proper cash handling protocols and address POS issues.
- Check water chemistry and report issues to management.
- Open and close the facility, following all procedures, including completing required inspections/checklists as directed.
- Record and restock inventory.
- Oversee all food handling and assist staff with food preparation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Some college education with 1-3 years of experience including 1 year of supervisory experienced preferred.
- Food Safety Certification training preferred; willingness to obtain within first 2 weeks of employment.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good internal and external customer service skills.
- Good planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
WHEN YOU'LL WORK:
- Monday-Sunday, shifts between 9:00am-8:00pm
- In this position, employees typically work 25-30 and up to 40 hours a week.
- Schedules vary and will work with you and your availability!!
WHAT YOU'LL GET:
- The anticipated starting pay for this positions is $17.00/hour.
- This position falls under Pay Grade B with a pay range of $15.00 - $37.50.
