This role is full-time, exempt and reports to the Director of Operations. This position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm or from 10 am to 6 pm.

Description
The Manager of Program Operations will support the Director of Operations with the day to day management of the CKP programs and staff. This role is full-time, exempt and reports to the Director of Operations. This position is full-time, with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm or from 10 am to 6 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach Enrichment team Site Coordinators (5).
- Work with Director of Operations, program staff, and parents to set goals and objectives to assure quality of service;
- Create and/or maintain systems to track and execute upon 21st Century grant and EEC licensing requirements across all program sites;
- Participate in hiring and evaluating staff on a regular basis;
- Provide staff supervision and training:
- Conduct site observations daily to ensure compliance and help site coordinators develop efficient systems for maintaining compliance;
- Maintain full enrollment and drive recruitment efforts for each CKP program managed;
- Sustain positive collaborations with school personnel and community partners to support student learning;
- Ensure completion of all required reporting, billing, and record keeping for school-age Enrichment Programs, including staff and child files;
- Collaborate with DCF caseworkers and therapists, as needed;
- Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations;
- Lead EEC compliance-related training for Site Coordinators;
- Lead staff meetings with Site Coordinators and schedules on-going professional development for site-based staff;
- Coordinate field trips and transportation; and
- All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience working with school-aged children;
- Experience working with community-based programs;
- Experience managing other adults, both directly and indirectly;
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;
- Knowledge of sports/athletics, arts, music, and/or STEM programs is a plus;
- Willingness to learn about children's growth and development;
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative;
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- Strong information technology skills and demonstrated expertise in a variety of word processing, desktop publishing, graphics, spreadsheet, and database software. These may include but are not limited to: MS Word, Excel; Google GSuite programs; Adobe; and others.
- An eagerness to learn new skills and take on new projects.
Requirements
- Must possess the qualifications required for their positions in accordance with EEC regulations;
- Must complete CORI, SORI and fingerprint scan in accordance with regulations set forth by the Department of Early Education and Care prior to employment;
- Evidence of physical examination within one year prior to employment;
- Evidence of immunizations against Measles, Mumps and Rubella; and
- Maintain current infant/child CPR and First Aid Certification.
