• Collaborate with senior leadership to align Operational Excellence initiatives with overall business objectives.
2.Process Optimization:
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
• Facilitate the development and ensure meticulous operator adherence to centerlines, promoting a culture of Operational consistency and efficiency.
3.Performance Measurement:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
• Implement metrics and reporting systems to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
4.Change Management:
• Lead change initiatives by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementation of process changes and improvements.
5.Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.
6.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with various departments and teams to understand their processes and identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to address complex operational challenges.
7.Root Cause Analysis:
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify the underlying issues contributing to operational inefficiencies.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
8.Quality Management:
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that Operational Excellence initiatives align with quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
