The nursing manager will be responsible for providing oversight to nursing staff performance while also providing leadership, support, direction, motivation, development, and implementation of nursing services for all clinical sites and programs.

Candidate must have BSN Candidate must have 3 years of nursing leadership in the inpatient setting.

Job Summary
Manages nursing staff and operations of metro clinic. Ensures staff provide high quality, accessible, cost effective care, and patient focused services, which comply with local, state, and federal requirements. Develops and maintains clinical standards of care and practice; responsible for all resource budgeting, selection and development.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manages nursing operations of Integrated Metro clinics. Ensures nursing staff provide the highest quality of care and are in compliance with The Joint Commission, federal, state, and local requirements.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains patient care and service standards to meet expectations.
- Designs and evaluates processes to improve systems and patient care results across the continuum of care.
- Monitors budgets for the appropriate use of human and material resources. Monitors financial performance and identifies and implements strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of care/service.
Experience
- Supervisory or Leadership experience - 3 years
- Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Clinical nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
- Behavioral Health: 2 years
Education
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Bachelors Degree in Nursing, or Masters Degree in Nursing (preferred).
License, Certification, Registration
- Registered Nurse License (Tennessee) in good standing required
Basic Life Support
ACLS or PALS certification preferred.
