Along wi h overseeing our Advanced Prac ice Provider and Scribe programs, his posi ion has he oppor uni y o ruly make a difference in fos ering an effec ive work environmen .

• Collabora e wi h depar men leadership, working closely wi h he Vice Chair of Adminis ra ion, in evalua ing curren opera ions and suppor process improvemen ini ia ives aligned wi h he depar men and college's s ra egic goals. his includes developing influen ial objec ives based on iden ified needs of he clinical mission.
• Manage and par icipa e in Advanced Prac ice Provider recrui men , educa ion and on-boarding.
• Lead he scribe program for he depar men and work closely wi h he scribe program Medical Direc or.
• Es ablish and manage regular analy ical repor s designed o moni or clinical opera ions and prospec ively inform decision makers in a dynamic heal hcare environmen .
• Rou inely compile da a, produce analyses, repor s and dashboards ha will assis depar men al leadership in measuring ongoing performance of Emergency services, as well as areas for improvemen and fu ure grow h.

Expec ed Salary:
$68,000 - $75,500; commensura e wi h educa ion and experience.
Minimum Requiremen s:
