- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and lifecycle requirements
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate intraoffice moves
- Supervise maintenance and repair of Facilities and equipment
- Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
- Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking

- Work with energy consultants to secure long-term energy pricing agreements

- Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving
- Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers

- Manage SHI Facilities fleet, maintenance, insurance & DOT paperwork.
- Lease management for SHI tenants to include monthly, quarterly and yearly invoicing.
- 10 Years’ Experience in Facilities Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management would be preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of business administration
- Working knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Working knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
- Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of procurement and contracts
- Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations

- Position requires occasional travel to other SHI locations (25%)
- Extended hours are required to complete some special projects

- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
