Daily Responsibilities for the Manager of Emergency Dept - RN:
Provides leadership of free-standing emergency room to provide quality care by evaluating and supporting patient care using the performance improvement process. In addition, ensures that resources are available and maintained in a cost-effective manner, as well as works with doctors and other departments to best meet the needs of patients and families.

Minimum Requirements (MUST HAVE):
- Missouri RN license or compact
- 3+ years of experience in emergency department
- 2+ years of management/leadership roles
- BLS and ALS certification required and maintained
- EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire
Schedule for the Manager of Emergency Dept - RN:
Monday – Friday, 8 – 5
