Position Information
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of six (6) years’ human resource experience plus 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations in benefits.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent technology skills and knowledge of human resources and database systems.
- Superior interpersonal and communications skills.
- Master’s degree
