In this role, you will own the North America retirement programs within total rewards. You will partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to identify opportunities and influence and build ownership to address the company goals and our people strategy.Key Accountabilities Lead large, complex, and regional retirement programs, including design, strategy, financial risk management, and plan governance related to these programs to achieve the organization's goals.Provide critical partner management and engagement with the business, human resources, and finance leaders in North America to ensure successful commitment and ownership where needed.Partner and build strong relationships with area leadership, total rewards leadership team, human resources, finance, and business leaders to identify, analyze and develop retirement financial risk management strategies.Synthesize highly confidential information, develop insights to create a narrative and build organizational buy in.Develop expert consultative guidance for initiating strategic long-range goals and objectives. Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports.
