Job Summary and Qualifications- Manages the day-to-day operations of the program under authority of the Program Director.
- Provides necessary support to the Program Director, trainees, faculty members, GME Office, and program staff
- Create and maintain the program-specific handbook containing program information, policies and procedures
- Updates Program Director, trainees, and faculty on departmental policies and procedures
- Ensures accurate time-keeping documentation for all trainees in the Residency Management System
- Works with the Program Director to produce and distribute annual rotation schedule.
- Manages and communicates any changes to necessary personnel and rotation sites.
- Ensure schedules are entered and kept up-to-date in the Residency Management System.
- Ensures the timely receipt of all faculty, trainee, staff, and program evaluations
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in either a healthcare or education setting preferred
