Job title: Senior Engineer / Process & Customer complaint.
Job function and sub function: Quality Assurance –In Process Sr. Engineer /Customer complaint.
- Understanding of CMM Alignments & Methodology.
- Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Layout, Weld Test,
- Gauge Plan & design with GD&T applications. (Child parts & Full Assy gauges )
- Knowledge of problem solving steps & Analysis.
- Customer requirement for new project launch – VW – BeOn, BMG & Submissions.
- Knowledge of IATF Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA )
- New product development prove out as member of CFT.
- Knowledge of Welding process & Validation.
- Knowledge of Welding process controls (Fixtures, Poka-Yoke)
- Customer complaints analysis and closure and report submission to customers.
- In process rejection scrap/rework/final inspection analysis, actions and closure.
- Customer orientation programs-like customer audits and customer drive events
- Preparation of weekly & monthly MIS reports
- Process & product audit and closure
