Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of operations performance related to OEE, LDC, customer delivery, quality, and overall manufacturing performance
- Track and drive overall OEE goals
- Identify systemic issues and implement actions to improve the situation, driving performance to eliminate LDC and improve OEE
- Align customer demands with product lines, customers, and focus factory manager (FFM)
- Develop and implement plans with FFM to improve labor costs
- Drive improvement in fluctuation and retention
- Support VT Operations strategic projects and assist in the implementation of global standards, projects, and management principles
- Develop recover plans and communicate them to customers with mitigation of customer concerns
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a role involving communication with product lines and/or customers
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality-related role
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Understanding of Lean Principles, Industry 4.0 implementation, and Technical Project Leadership
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with global projects involving international teams
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Industry 4.0, Lean Check, Structured Problem-Solving Certification
- 2-3 years of experience working on international assignments
