This position is located onsite at our Kenosha Corporate Headquarters.
The Manager of IT infrastructure services will be responsible for the architecture, operations, security, and monitoring of the enterprise Intel and Exchange environments (on-prem and cloud). The role includes managing and progressing Intel and Exchange infrastructure, related platforms, and solutions, establishing and driving standards, industry framework adoption, and policy compliance efforts.

The Manager of IT infrastructure services will be responsible for the architecture, operations, security, and monitoring of the enterprise Intel and Exchange environments (on-prem and cloud). The role includes managing and progressing Intel and Exchange infrastructure, related platforms, and solutions, establishing and driving standards, industry framework adoption, and policy compliance efforts.
Responsibilities further include:
- Ensuring security, high availability, and operational excellence are maintained for responsible environments (Intel, Messaging, and SQL)
- Establish, evaluate, and advance KPIs and key metrics to enhance operational effectiveness and security maturity levels.
- Responsible for strategy and roadmaps, budgeting, relationship management (Vendors, Internal infrastructure teams, application teams, and help desk), and service portfolio management.
- Partner with internal and external teams to conduct vulnerability assessments, audits, forensic investigations and execute remediations.
- Within the span of control, responsible for security-related incident response, post-analysis, and mitigation efforts.
- Create goals, and roadmaps, manage internal initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery for all projects – internal and external.
- Collaboration and knowledge sharing with internal and external IT external teams, establish and cultivate associations with vital customers and vendor contacts.
- Manages a staff of Intel and Messaging teams.
- Data-driven management - Devise and develop dashboards/executive summaries incorporating relevant security and operational metrics.
- Several years (15+) of hands-on experience managing large-scale environments, previous people management experience is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Intel architecture, Security and network protocols, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with building scalable computer platforms in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Experience with Windows administration, virtualization, VDI technologies, Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell, SharePoint, and SQL server administration.
- Knowledge of different types of attacks, techniques, threat vectors, attack paths, and how to formulate risk-based decision-making in assessing vulnerabilities and remediation priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, or relevant areas.
- Excellent decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant industry IT certifications are preferred.
