Manager In Training

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. We provide many professional services for residential and commercial clients (including window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, deck restoration and painting). As we continue to grow, we have an immediate opening for a full-time manager.

Duties:

• Assist with supervising and managing daily operations
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new team members
• Utilize math skills to analyze sales data, calculate inventory levels, and manage pricing strategies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for employees
• Develop team management skills by providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Skills:

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to provide guidance and support
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks

Requirements:

• Value honesty and integrity
• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Be smoke free - Smoking & Vaping are prohibited
• Be able and comfortable with maneuvering and climbing ladders
• Be capable of lifting loads up to 50 pounds
• Have a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Have a flexible and teachable attitude
• Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
