With this type of growth comes limitless job opportunities! On average, Manager’s in Training can earn between 55k-75k total compensation based on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment and begin accruing PTO immediately; plus, you get to keep your car clean for free!

As A Manager in Training You Will:
- Maximize profitability and set/meet sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
- Hire, train and develop new Crew Members, including Assistant Managers.
- Understand how the equipment works and how to perform maintenance on it.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Exhibit respectful communication with all customers and team members.
- Responsible for the daily reconciliation of cash and maintaining statistical and financial records

Requirements (Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Ability to stand for the entirety of your work shift.
Sales experience.
Must possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work at least 45 hours per week; be willing to work flexible hours including nights,
weekends, and holidays, which may include overtime.
Prepare to be on call as needed.
Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Exhibit excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times.
Demonstrated ability to manage time wisely.
Satisfactorily meet the probationary period monthly reviews and time limit expectations.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to train and support employees on routine and
complex tasks.
Willingness to travel up to 25%
