• Assist senior Territory Sales Managers in prospecting, generating leads, and identifying sales opportunities in assigned territories
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and builders in the residential sector
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

• Industry and Market Insights: Acquire a deep understanding of the residential sales market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
• Presentation Skills: Enhance your presentation and communication skills to effectively showcase our products and solutions. Learn to tailor your pitch based on customer needs and preferences.
• On-field Training: Accompany senior Territory Sales Managers on client visits, presentations, and sales meetings to gain practical experience and observe real-world scenarios.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and exceeding targets
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently

• Previous sales experience or customer-facing role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
