The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions to safeguard our organization's critical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- IAM Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement an IAM strategy that aligns with the overall security and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM solutions.
- Implementation and Integration:
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Microsoft technologies, such as Conditional Access and Purview.
- Integrate IAM processes and technologies with existing systems, ensuring seamless user access across various platforms.
- Access Controls and Policies:
- Define and enforce access controls, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Identity Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire identity lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user access.
- Implement automated identity lifecycle management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Security Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies related to IAM.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in IAM to continually enhance the security posture of the organization.
- Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
- Provide expertise in IAM-related incident response and troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to address and resolve security incidents related to Identity and Access.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Conditional Access and Purview.
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations and security best practices.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and Access control principles.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, are a plus.
