Job Overview
Come join our dynamic HRIS team! This position will be based out of the Corporate Office in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC.
There is minimal travel associated with this position.
The Manager, HRIS is responsible for maximizing the value of the HR Information System, which includes core HRM (HR, talent management, payroll, compensation, and analytics) and Timekeeping platforms. The Manager, HRIS will partner with cross function SME's to review system capabilities and utilization and will support the implementation of initiatives to enhance and optimize the solution in a way that is accurate, secure, and compliant with the organization's policies and standards, as well as ensuring that HR processes are compatible with current environments. In partnership with leaders in each Center of Excellence, this role will provide technical support and offer informed recommendations to maximize value. The Manager, HRIS will collaborate with the IT department and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and integrate new features and modules.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Development of a team responsible for optimization of system performance, functionality, and availability, ensuring that it meets the current and future needs of the organization.
- Lead projects, from ideation through execution, that are cross functional including HR, IT, Finance, etc.
- Lead, manage, and make recommendations for best practices related to time keeping systems operations.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to the HR staff and other users of the system, resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards from the system, providing insights and recommendations to the HR management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT department and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and integrate new features and modules, ensuring compatibility and alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in HRIS and SuccessFactors, evaluating and recommending new solutions and best practices.
