The Manager of HRBP and Comp is responsible for partnership with business leaders and employees on people processes and Compensation. This role will lead proactive partnership meetings with assigned people leaders, discussing all people needs. Additionally, this position is responsible for commissions, compensation plans and Compensation analysis and compliance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resouces Business Partner:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all employees and lender partners.
- Learn, teach, and reinforce leadership processes and skills
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Guide and advise all partners’ talent questions and concerns, applying consistent, company-aligned principles and methods.
- Execute proactive partnership meetings with assigned leaders, advising and assisting in matters of employee relations, performance management, assessments, development, engagement, disciplinary actions, compensation and other necessary functions.
- Partner with management to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Advises on all HR processes
- Execute engagement round tables with assigned employees.
- Monitor and provide reporting and suggestions for improvements in people processes and employee experience.
- Travel when required to support field employees
- Other duties as assigned Compensation:
- Own and administer bi-weekly commission payments in partnership with Payroll
- Evaluate, advise, and create commission plans as needed
- Understand and advise CPO on compensation compliance issues
- Utilize market data to provide competitive compensation data and advice
- Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or non-exempt and appropriate salary range.
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
- Researches employee benefits in similar industries; based on findings, recommends changes or updates to the company's existing benefits or policies.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or other HR certifications preferred;
- 3+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- 2+ years of compensation experience (analysis and compliance)
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in multiple state/facilities environments a plus
