Manager HR, Finance at a glance... You will be responsible for driving efforts in talent development, people strategies, change management, organizational efficiency, and driving a culture of ownership within the organization. This role reports to the Director HR, Finance and Global IT.
In this role you will have the ability to quickly create impact, but you will also be empowered, and encouraged, to bring long-term, strategic thinking and challenge the status quo in order to unlock value for our people and our business. This position plays a vital role in structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR data, metrics, and statistics, it will also analyze competitor's practices and make recommendations to management related to talent management, recruitment, retention, and other key people topics for the business. This role will use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data, create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
What's on the menu? Handle the performance management initiatives, driving high expectations with assigned client groups. Engage with business leaders and hiring managers to drive staffing plans Work with leaders to proactively own the staffing, movement and development of talent Work with leaders and employees to actively run and resolve performance issues proactively, minimizing any risk Drive and maintain multiple projects, including organizational change plans and impact measures Consult with leaders to understand their business challenges and develop appropriate solutions Establish and handle a diverse set of collaborators across the organization.
