Job Summary
The role of the Manager of Hosting Services is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of data center infrastructure and enterprise-wide applications within the IT Infrastructure department. This position carries the responsibility of developing, managing, and maintaining technical infrastructure components to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and uninterrupted availability of critical data processing systems. In addition to upholding the robustness of the infrastructure, this role actively supports the deployment and management of enterprise applications, including but not limited to Active Directory, mail calendaring, and collaboration tools via Office 365.
Key responsibilities involve the ongoing analysis, upkeep, and enhancement of infrastructure platforms, including compute resources, storage systems, virtualization technologies, operational health monitoring, and managing the entire lifecycle of these platforms. The Manager of Hosting Services plays an essential role in maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the organization's business and technical requirements.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate and establish priorities for support, maintenance, and operations of infrastructure platforms in alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Develop infrastructure platform support, operation, and maintenance plans.
- Coordinate the inventory stock, deployment, and lifecycle management of all Hosting infrastructure platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards.
- Promote and drive technology trends and opportunities in alignment with key business partner initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase services and reduce costs to enhance IT value to the business.
- Develop a roadmap and strategic vision for Hosting Services.
- Identify, plan, and coordinate Hosting work efforts for Information Technology initiatives and Hosting Services initiatives.
- Develop staff to position AMC to leverage emerging technology trends.
- Focus on transitioning staff toward cloud technology expertise.
What we need from you:
- 10+ years of experience in IT-related positions, with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibilities and expertise.
- 2+ years of technology people management or team lead experience.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of data networking and systems operations.
- Profound understanding of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Familiarity with project management methodology standards and practices.
- Advanced technical knowledge in enterprise data center operations and services delivery.
- A deep understanding of emerging trends in information technology.
- Proven ability to lead and develop individuals.
- Demonstrated capacity to drive outstanding customer service outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective conflict resolution, team collaboration, and the ability to convey a clear vision and roadmap for the department.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems management or a related field
- Managerial experience, including a proven track record of leading and developing teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies, VMWare virtualization, Cisco Compute, NetApp storage
- Experience with high performance consumer retail services
