Job Description
Marketing team takes a consumer-centric, data-driven approach to leading end-to-end brand marketing efforts, from ideation to execution. We work hand-in-hand with our markets and internal teams to create breakthrough product and compelling campaigns, driven by the belief that true collaboration yields the best results. As brand stewards, our team brings sky's the limit thinking to our projects, ensuring we showcase the uniqueness of our brand while delivering multi-sensorial experiences to our consumers.
Your Impact to the role:
  • Assist with the implementation and development of the company's overall Global Marketing strategies, Campaigns, and 3YP
  • Act as central liaison in the development of Marketing programs supporting franchise and product launches; collaborating with Internal teams (Campaign, Creative, Product Development, Storytelling, PR, VM) throughout process to ensure strategic needs are being met and appropriate assets are being developed for cross-platform activation
  • Support Creative concept development by sharing thought starters and competitive case studies to inform asset creation and execution
  • Manage day to day needs and internal processes to execute approved plans. This includes overseeing the development of relevant plans, research, legal approval of execution, internal communication to partners and regional teams
  • In partnership with Director, write and issue Project Briefs and other formal internal communications to move projects forward as needed
  • Assist in development and issuance of agendas and feedback for cross-functional team meetings and agenda items
  • Review all Design and Text Requests for Marketing programs.

  • Contribute to strategy: own your strategic lens on the market place, what innovation is needed to expand our portfolio based on key market and consumer insights.
  • Envision the way forward: help to implement new processes and ways of working that can help the team be streamlined, efficient in our day to day.
  • Launch new: help to brainstorm and get new products and campaigns off the ground, operationalizing and executing with excellence.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
  • 5+ Years of Experience Required in the Beauty industry (preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in brand strategy, brand marketing and 360 activation/development
  • Familiarity with Mintel, NPD and Beaute Research preferred

You are:
  • Digitally savvy (Active in daily life and highly engaged in social beauty spaces)
  • A Problem solver who can deal with ambiguity

You possess:
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, data analysis and numerical reasoning skills
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong strategic thinker, with developed organizational skills
  • Ability to foster team work at all levels of the organization and communicate and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to multi-task in face-paced environment

The salary range for the role is $95,000 - $110,000 USD.
