Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Day in the Life:

• Model INSPIRE culture at all times through interactions with team members.

• Support core finance business processes; financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting, financial modeling and forecasting.

• Validate departmental results, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure active departmental involvement in core financial initiatives.

• Work collaboratively across the Company's locations and service leaders to help facilitate effective processes and assist in executing financial initiatives.

• Management skills.

• Travel to Support Center in Greenville, SC as needed.

• Month end reporting- 25%

• Operations centric ad hoc reporting- 40%

• Ad hoc project work- 35%

• Ideally located in Eastern or Central time zones.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Approximately 2-3+ years of experience in consulting (think Big 4) or investment banking environment, ideally in a heavily quantitative field. Ideal candidates will have exposure to financial analysis with a title such as Consultant or Senior Analyst.

• Strong track record of progression (career advancement).

• Expert fluency in Excel for modeling and analysis
