Manager Food/Nutrition

• Develops menus using Food Processor/ESHA for pharmaceutical clients per protocol requirements.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical clients, PPD food and nutrition services team, vendors, and research team members to develop protocol-compliant menus.
• Attends meetings to prepare for upcoming clinical study trials.
• Schedules meetings and may lead meetings with pharmaceutical client representatives, other department representatives including technical operations and research teams, and nutrition team to achieve planning and execution of protocol-compliant menus for studies.
• Experience with specialized menu development to meet specific macronutrient or micronutrient needs, per client and protocol requirements.
• Experience in clinical research and basic understanding of clinical trial protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills and able to manage different projects to meet designated timelines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel.
• Experience with Food Processor/ESHA a plus.
• Experience with Obesity or metabolic diseases a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams a plus

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.26 - $30.19 per hour
