Position Summary
Provides management and administration of Division's financial and business affairs and operations, managing division office, supervising and nonacademic personnel.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Compiles and maintains income/expense records.
  • Prepares financial reports, impact statements, forecasts and budgets for management and funding agencies.
  • Prepares and presents regular financial reviews for assigned portfolio of researchers.
  • Manages division office and non-academic personnel.
  • Oversees training of grants post-award management.
  • Coordinates and carry out special projects.
  • Assists Business Manager or Director with projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, database management, spreadsheets.
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Required Qualifications
Equivalent of bachelor's degree in finance or related field.

Salary Range
$64,700.00 - $110,500.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
