Job Description
The Events Manager at Publicis Media is responsible for coordinating, executing, and supporting all aspects of Event Planning and execution. This includes developing and implementing event strategies, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring events align with Publicis Groupe’s goals and objectives. The Event Planning Director will work closely with clients, vendors, and other internal departments to ensure successful event outcomes.

Your Impact:
- Plan, organize, and build events, such as conferences, client/partner appreciation events, product launches, and pitch events (as required).
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful event outcomes, including managing communication and expectations.
- Oversee event budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring events stay within budget.
- Evaluate and report on the success of events, including gathering feedback and analyzing data to inform future Event Planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Event Planning and execution.
- Manage RSVP lists for events, working closely with internal teams and/or external partners to monitor and track responses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Event Planning, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successful Event Planning and execution, including large-scale events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Event Planning software.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage expectations of leadership teams.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Event Planning.
- Ability to travel as needed for events.
