Position Title: Manager, Enterprise Sales
$75,000 to $125,000 (WA) annually, plus target commission of $65,000 annually

The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) and Mid-Market Account Executives (MMAE) towards attainment of individual sales quotas within their respective geographic region. AE’s are responsible for developing and closing business for new logos and MMAE’s are responsible for expanding the current Ziply Fiber footprint in existing customer accounts within Ziply Fiber’s Enterprise market. This sales leader must be able to empower, measure, motivate, monitor and hold the teams accountable for activities and monthly quota attainment. They should mentor and coach each team member individually while also building a strong cohesive, collaborative team and leading by example. They are responsible for sales forecasting, working closely with cross functional members of the Commercial Sales Organization and delivering on quota.

• Attract, hire, on-board and retain top talent
• Daily management of the sales team – Includes pipeline/deal review, coaching & customer facing within sales cycles
• Exemplify servant leadership qualities that inspires others through your actions
• Grow Ziply Fiber revenue within the Enterprise segment by selling into prospect & install base accounts
• Inspire and coach the team to develop their sales skills including Solution and value selling, forecasting, prospecting within account base, negotiations, & other necessary skills; while maintaining individual accountability to goals
• Assess sales activities & forecasts, determine sales progress & required improvements
• Provide value in complex negotiations & the closing of business, including appropriate use of Corporate Executives to maximize results
• Ensure the team effectively leverages sales tools & systems consistently & in alignment with Rules of Engagement
• Identifies & supports opportunities for the training & professional development of department personnel
• Collaborate with various internal teams and stakeholders to drive results and customer success.
• Communicate & prioritize product & business needs from the field to appropriate corporate departments

• Operates well in a fast paced, dynamic environment without requiring significant supervision
Qualifications:
• BA/BS from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of sales and management experience, specifically within Internet, Telecom or Cloud services, leading teams of sales professionals
• 5+ years of prior experience managing sales teams within telecom.
• Experience selling into a variety of industries and territories as well as experience cultivating larger, strategic relationships key
• Prior experience developing and maintaining business, sales, & account plans as well as negotiating & closing complex deals
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel as needed.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to coach as well as mentor and enable a rapidly growing team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – includes excellent reporting and forecasting skills. Attention to detail is critical
• Demonstrated ability to consistently generate revenue & exceed quota by managing process for identifying, qualifying, & closing new businesses as well as and not limited to growing an existing install base as well as securing net-new logos
• Ability to successfully resolve situations that are broadly defined, complex, diverse, and occasionally unprecedented
• Ability to work on cross-functional projects and teams and leverage internal resources to problem solve
• Ability to travel 50% or more as needed
• Ability to drive on behalf of the company in a safe and responsible manner
