Cake Decorator

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or other illegal activities
- Investigate and document any suspicious behavior or incidents
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential criminal activity
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Provide conflict management and resolution when dealing with difficult situations or individuals
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize financial losses
- Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of criminal investigation techniques and procedures
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in report writing with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Understanding of laws and regulations related to security and protection

Requirements:
- Valid certification in security or law enforcement is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $21.69 per hour
