We are hiring a Manager of Engineering Business Operations to join our AMS Engineering & Sciences Business Operations organization. This role supports an existing team that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The Business Operations organization is responsible for a variety of activities focused on enabling the efficient execution of the AMS E&S organization.
This position will integrate into the Business Operations organization to provide support to a myriad of activities including preparation of Executive presentations, data compilation and analysis, support to incoming Interns and Pathways, Workforce planning activities, tracking of organizational resources, direct interfacing with support organizations such as Security, IT/IA, HR and TA. This is a collaborative leadership position with routine executive interactions.

In addition to the above, the individual will either perform or support:
Establish agendas and coordinate preparation for leadership team meetings, events, and other key meetings.
Provide oversight and monthly review of NCTA and Capital expenditures, ensuring the organization stays within allocated budget.
Provide leadership and support on various initiatives, as assigned.
Be the req owner for incoming Interns and Pathways
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience, 7 years’ experience with master’s degree, or 4 years’ experience with a PhD.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated operations management expertise.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Agile Tools such as Jira and Confluence
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Education in a STEM field.
Active Secret Clearance or higher
Familiarization with Tableau
